What are your payment terms?

We accept all major credit cards, checks, pay pal, and cash. Typically we take 1/2 down and 1/2 upon completion for larger projects and for items like business cards, banners and other services we may need payment upon order.

How long will it take to develop my site?

Each project is unique, which also means each project takes a different amount of time to complete. However, our typical timeline for website completion takes anywhere from 4-6 weeks. In most cases, we will work with your requested date of completion, being that it is a reasonable amount of time.

After I decide I want a website, what happens next?

First off, you must contact us and initiate the proposal process. After you recieve a proposal and are ready to sign a project authorization we will move into the definition stage. This means we will set up timelines, and next steps for both groups, and any other specifics unique to your project.

How do I make sure people can find my site?

We offer Search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) packages to help the process of improving the volume and or quality of the traffic to your site. These tatics will help your site climb in search engine rankings and attract new customers to your website.

How will I recieve my project (print projects) when it is finshed?

After the final payment is paid, Grip Agency can give you your project any way you would like. We can have the project printed for you, in which case we would include the printing price in with the design price. We can also send it via e-mail, put it on a C.D., or even put it on a jump drive for you. We also keep your project on file in case you lose your copy of the files or in case you want them changed in the future.

Who owns the rights to final artwork?

Copyright is yours upon recieving your final payment. We do, however, request the right to use any work for portfolio purposes.
